Mr. Mahesh Rathi founders of Earthly Joy Global Pvt. Ltd. had been running a successful construction company Windsor Shelters for over 3 decades. Windsor Shelters has accomplished 42+ projects with 5750+ happy families. He is known for his impeccable attention to detail and the high-quality work that his company Windsor Shelters, produced. However, he had always harboured a passion for food, and dreamt of starting his own FMCG company.
One day, Mr. Mahesh Rathi decided to take the leap and pursue his dream, and Earthly Joy Global Pvt. Ltd. was founded. He started by doing extensive research on the food industry and the types of products that were in high demand. After much consideration, he decided to focus on creating healthy, hygienic and specially crafted spices, Jaggery products, sauces and noodles for Chinese food recipes, that would appeal to consumers.
Mr. Mahesh Rathi knew that starting a food ingredient company would be a huge challenge, but he was determined to make it a success. He used his expertise in project management to carefully plan every aspect of the business, from the product development to the marketing and distribution strategies.
Mr. Mahesh Rathi's perseverance paid off, and his food ingredients quickly gained popularity among consumers. His unique approach to marketing and distribution, which included partnering large number of distributor and retailors network, helped him reach a wider audience.

Mr. Prashant Girme had spent years working as a marketing expert for some of the biggest companies. As a passionate foodie and travel enthusiast, he had always been fascinated by the diverse cuisines and flavours from around the world. His love for food had taken him on countless culinary journeys across different countries He had always dreamt of starting a company and applying his expertise to create a brand that would stand out in a competitive market.
He decided to combine his two passions marketing and food and start his FMCG company, with the goal of bringing the flavours of the world to people's homes.
Mr. Prashant Girme focuses on branding and marketing. He knew that a strong brand was essential for standing out in a crowded market, so he worked with a team to create a distinctive brand identity and packaging design. He also devised a comprehensive Marketing strategy comprising of both digital & traditional marketing.
He decided to combine his two passions marketing and food and start his FMCG company, with the goal of bringing the flavours of the world to people's homes.
