Spicy Chinese Bhel

Ingredients
- 2 cups fried noodles
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens
- 1 1/2 tbsp My Chang Schezwan Chutney
- 2 tsp My Chang red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp My Chang soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp My Chang Chilli Vinegar
- salt to taste
For Garnishing
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
This fusion recipe is an outburst of flavours due to the addition of various My Chang sauces like My Chang Schezwan Chutney, My Chang’s red Chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, My Chang dark soy sauce, and My Chang vinegar.
